Where on earth is the TR-MB????

I've managed to use my scanner jammers and my
attack tank to sneakily take out the base North-West, but realised I have no troops to capture the ship-yard. I've scanned around a bit and spotted the North-East base but can't see the TR-MB.

Any help would be appreciated.
