Well i made my own way up, more complicated but more unique :)
First 3 letters of first name back to front, adding vowels where necessary. Then first 3 of your middle name, if you have two, add the first 2 letters of your second middle name onto your first, add an L if the second letter is a vowel, Reverse that part if it sounds weird or if you have no middle name add the first 3 letters of your city/town OR you’re mother’s maiden name. Then add the last 2 letters of your last name to the end, replacing the second last letter with an S if the name ends in an S, O if it ends in O or place an O in the middle if the name ends in LY – Loy. If vowels join strangely any where in your name, add a P or T or S or F.

It does'nt work that great with my name but it works great on my friend's names :) I suggest you try it out :p
