This isnt hacked. Its nothing new. This can be done from the command line.

yea, try to do it through the cmd line... it crashes apon launch... that is the ps2 version
I did, it works. You must of did something wrong in your INI file. But me and like 100 others figured this out all ready.
He can also change reenforcement levels... what weapons you have and how much ammo they have and your health
after you edit your .ini file, what do you type in the command line to launch it with the new settings?
